Ibiza Buggy Adventure · Valid for all tours and experiences

To ensure a safe, punctual and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and follow these guidelines before and during your tour. Participation implies acceptance of these conditions.

Driving Requirements

🪪 Valid Driving Licence

A valid, original category B (car) driving licence is mandatory to operate any vehicle. You must present the original document at our base before the tour begins — photocopies and digital copies are not accepted.

Minimum Age to Drive

The driver must be at least 21 years old. Passengers may be from 2 years of age. Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Non-EU Licences

If your driving licence was issued outside the European Union, a small security deposit may be required before the activity begins. Please contact us in advance if this applies to you.

What to Bring & Wear

👟 Footwear — Mandatory

Closed-toe shoes (trainers or sneakers) are compulsory for all drivers and passengers. Flip-flops, sandals or open-toe footwear are strictly not permitted. Anyone arriving in inappropriate footwear will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be issued.

Recommended Items

Sunglasses, sunscreen, comfortable clothing that can get dusty, and a swimsuit if you’d like to take advantage of any swimming stops along the route. We provide off-road protective goggles for all participants.

Punctuality

⏰ Arrive 20 Minutes Early

All participants must arrive at the base at least 20 minutes before their scheduled departure time. This time is used for the safety briefing, signing of required documentation, and vehicle familiarisation. Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour and no refund will be issued.

Our base is located at: Av. del Doctor Fleming 15, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Ibiza.

Tour Conditions & Safety

Children & Passengers

Passengers may participate from 2 years of age. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. All passengers must wear appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes).

Guide Instructions

Participants must follow the instructions of the guide at all times throughout the tour. The guide has authority to stop the activity if a participant poses a risk to themselves or others.

Responsible Driving

Vehicles must be driven responsibly, respecting the pace set by the guide, the safety of other participants, and the natural environment. Reckless driving, overtaking the guide or ignoring instructions may result in immediate exclusion from the tour without refund.

Protective Equipment

Ibiza Buggy Adventure provides off-road protective goggles for all participants. Quad tour riders are provided with full-face helmets, which are mandatory and must be worn throughout the route.

Important: Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to drive or participate. No refund will be issued in this case.

Cancellations & Deposits

Free Cancellation

A full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-shows on the day, will result in the loss of the deposit paid at booking.

Deposit

Only a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is collected on the day of the tour, at the base.

Non-EU Licence Deposit

If your driving licence was issued outside the EU, a small additional security deposit may be required prior to the activity.

Acceptance of Conditions

Completing a booking and participating in the tour constitutes full acceptance of these operating conditions.

Reminder: Always check your booking confirmation email for your exact departure time, meeting point and any pre-tour instructions specific to your booking.

Para disfrutar la experiencia con seguridad, puntualidad y respeto por el entorno, es importante seguir estas indicaciones antes y durante el tour. La participación implica la aceptación de estas condiciones.

Para conducir

🪪 Carnet de conducir válido

Es obligatorio presentar el carnet de conducir B vigente y original para operar cualquier vehículo. Debes presentar el documento original en nuestra base antes de comenzar el tour — no se aceptan fotocopias ni copias digitales.

Edad mínima para conducir

El conductor debe ser mayor de 21 años. Los pasajeros pueden participar desde los 2 años. Los menores de 18 años deben ir acompañados por un padre o tutor legal.

Carnets fuera de la UE

Si tu carnet de conducir fue expedido fuera de la Unión Europea, puede solicitarse un pequeño depósito de seguridad antes de iniciar la actividad. Consúltanos con antelación si este es tu caso.

Qué llevar

👟 Calzado — obligatorio

El calzado cerrado (zapatillas o deportivas) es obligatorio para todos los conductores y pasajeros. Las chanclas, sandalias o cualquier calzado abierto están estrictamente prohibidos. Las personas que lleguen con calzado inadecuado no podrán participar y no se realizará ningún reembolso.

Recomendaciones

Gafas de sol, protector solar, ropa cómoda que pueda ensuciarse y bañador si quieres aprovechar alguna parada para nadar. Ibiza Buggy Adventure facilita gafas de protección off-road para todos los participantes.

Puntualidad

⏰ Llega 20 minutos antes

Todos los participantes deben presentarse en la base al menos 20 minutos antes de la hora de salida reservada. Este tiempo se destina al briefing de seguridad, firma de la documentación necesaria y familiarización con el vehículo. Las llegadas tardías pueden no poder incorporarse al tour y no se realizará ningún reembolso.

Condiciones del tour y seguridad

Niños y pasajeros

Los pasajeros pueden participar desde los 2 años de edad. Los niños deben ir acompañados en todo momento por un adulto responsable. Todos los pasajeros deben llevar calzado cerrado.

Instrucciones del guía

Los participantes deben seguir las instrucciones del guía en todo momento durante el tour. El guía tiene autoridad para detener la actividad si un participante supone un riesgo para sí mismo o para otros.

Conducción responsable

La conducción debe realizarse de forma responsable, respetando el ritmo marcado por el guía, la seguridad del resto de participantes y el entorno natural. La conducción temeraria, adelantar al guía o ignorar las instrucciones puede resultar en la exclusión inmediata del tour sin derecho a reembolso.

Equipamiento de protección

Ibiza Buggy Adventure facilita gafas de protección off-road para todos los participantes. Los pilotos del tour en quad reciben cascos integrales, cuyo uso es obligatorio durante todo el recorrido.

Importante: No se permitirá conducir ni participar a personas bajo los efectos del alcohol o de cualquier sustancia. En este caso no se realizará ningún reembolso.

Cancelaciones y depósitos

Cancelación gratuita

Se ofrece reembolso total cuando la cancelación se realiza con al menos 24 horas de antelación respecto a la hora de inicio de la experiencia.

Cancelaciones tardías

Las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 24 horas de antelación, o la no presentación el día del tour, supondrán la pérdida del depósito abonado en el momento de la reserva.

Depósito

Solo se requiere un 20% de depósito en el momento de la reserva. El saldo restante se abona el día del tour, en la base.

Depósito por carnet fuera de la UE

Si el carnet de conducir fue expedido fuera de la UE, puede requerirse un pequeño depósito adicional de seguridad antes de iniciar la actividad.

Aceptación de condiciones

La reserva y la participación en el tour implican la aceptación íntegra de estas condiciones operativas.

Recuerda: Revisa siempre tu email de confirmación para comprobar el horario exacto, el punto de salida y las instrucciones previas específicas de tu reserva.

Para conducir es necesario presentar un carnet B vigente y original. Además, el conductor debe tener 21 años o más. Es obligatorio traer el carnet físico — no se aceptan versiones digitales ni fotocopias.
Es obligatorio llevar calzado cerrado (zapatillas o deportivas). No se permite conducir con chanclas. También se recomienda traer gafas de sol, ropa cómoda que pueda ensuciarse y bañador si quieres nadar. Nosotros facilitamos gafas de protección off-road.
